Welcome to Intersil Reliability Engineering's new report search
engine!
Intersil is now providing a new search engine for it's on-line
reliability reports. This new engine provides our customers with
the ability to search by marketing part number as well as "dialing
in" the style of report, dates and failure rate derating conditions.
We are still migrating existing data over to the new engine, so
if you can not find what you are looking for, please let us know
via the links on the engine's result pages or at
reports@rel.intersil.com.
This search engine allows a marketing part number, a partial part
number, or a complete part number to be entered. (The search engine
now supports POSIX regular expressions
as well.) However, this is typically more complicated than necessary.
This search engine uses partial matches, so simply enter a partial
marketing part number and let it do the rest.
When all matches
have been found you will be presented with a form from which to select
the closest match available for your part. You will now also be able
to choose your preferred failure rate derating conditions.
Also, see our note on
'
Estimated Failure Rates for Class T Products
'.
The search value should be a valid catalog part number. If you
are unsure of the exact number, use a partial value. For
example, the HA3-5002-5 will not be found
if you search for the HA-5002.
However, if you search for just the 5002,
you will find all possible combinations.
All searches are case insensitive for our search engine.
For more information on POSIX regular expressions go
here. However as a brief synopsis
a '.' can represent a single character (e.g. ISL6.06). Ranges
of characters use brackets (e/g/ ISL6[4-5]06).
Note that Intersil publishes reliability data by process technology,
not by individual part types. Data published by part typically has
insufficiant quantities to determine accurate failure rates.
